We gain all consent to initiate SMS with our clients when we have our production set up meeting. 

Clients can opt in to receive text messages from our company by following these steps:

  1. Check opt-in on their client information set up form.

  2. Verbally during their initial set up meeting 

How to Opt Out

Clients can opt out of receiving text messages from our company at any time by following these steps:

  1. Send a text message to [phone number] with the message "OPT OUT."

  2. You will receive a confirmation text message confirming that you have opted out of receiving text messages from our company.

Content of Text Messages

Text messages from our company will only be used to send important information to our clients, such as schedule reminders, changes to schedule, availability of staff, etc. 

Privacy of Client Information

We will not share or sell client information to any third parties.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify clients of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
